We’re going to be on TV!

CNN has recently filmed us for a feature story on their “Small Business Success” series on the Morning Express show with Robin Meade. Check out our website during the beginning of May to see when the story will air.

HSD Pros new website.

Please take a minute to check out our new and improved website. We always appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

It’s still a tough market.

The good news: According to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association there were twice as many homes under contract in March of 2009 as there were in March of 2008. The bad news: The numbers of homes for sale are still at record highs, which means there is still more competition then ever.

When selling a home less time on the market often means a higher sale price. Staging a home is an affordable and effective investment that is becoming all too necessary. By not staging your home you are only helping to sell the competition. Don’t let this happen to you or your clients. Schedule your complementary consultation today.

Bundled services for occupied homes.

This service is perfect for an occupied home that needs to show like a model. Check out what this service has to offer: http://www.homestagingdesignorlando.com/Bundled_Services.html

This month’s featured artist:

Brandy Renee. We met Brandy over a year ago at the Sunday Farmer’s Market at Lake Eola and were instantly drawn to her modern paintings. Since then we have showcased her works in various staged homes, including two penthouses. Brandy travels all over the state to compete in various art shows with her unique style. Check her out at www.BRenee.com .

Our favorite places: Lambs Eat Ivy Salon in Thornton Park. If you haven’t stopped in to see this amazing transformation of a Thornton Park icon then you’ve been missing out. Salon owner Lisa Pirillo has created a hip, urban salon with an equally hip and talented staff. All the while maintaining a fun, casual and attitude free vibe. Stop in for not only the best stylists in Orlando but for the lively conversation:

Show off your great looks by having a bite to eat on the patio at Dexter’s next door or a beer and a game of pool at Burton’s Frosted Mugs. Two venerable Thornton Park institutions.

Finally, we want to thank everyone for their support. We’ve seen first hand how staging has helped our clients realize their goals, whether it be for selling or for redesign. We hope everyone has a happy spring and please be sure to stop by our new and improved website. We always welcome any feedback or comments.
